As Christmas day nears, I wanted to post holiday wishes to everyone who visits my blog. Christmas is one of my favorite times of the year. I love the atmosphere, and I love Christmas lights. Every year I spend a considerable amount of time just driving around at night looking at lights. The holiday specials on TV still excite me. I look forward to watching these every year (my favorites are It's A Wonderful Life and A Muppet Christmas Carol).

Most of all I enjoy the time spent with friends and family. Finally, I look forward to waking up at 5:00 a.m. Christmas morning. I force myself to stay in bed until I can go to my parents house to open presents.

Merry Christmas to you all. Now that I'm leaving Wal*Mart I can say Christmas. (It didn't stop me in the past) I lave this time as well. People are just a little nicer, except in the aisles of Wal*Mart.
I also love the Muffets (this is what Ellie calls them). She wants to listen to "John Denver and the Muffets, Christmas" CD evertime in the car. Next time you see her ask her to sing "We wish you a merry Christmas". She calls it the Piggy Pudding song.
And yes I own a John Denver CD. Not one of my prouder moments.
Tim and I also own that same CD. We also have one of his regular CDs too. Tim loves to sing the West Virginia song. Especially while we're traveling through that state. Ellie would be proud! ;)
I feel better knowing that others own John Denver CD's. I too sing that song. I have been to a John Denver concert, I thought the muppets were going to be there. I think my parents tricked me.
