I love bacon, without a doubt it is my favorite breakfast meat. I believe that if I were given the choice of eating only one thing for the rest of my life I would consider bacon for my choice (not that limp half cooked stuff I want mine crunchy and crumbly). Granted, eating only bacon would considerably shorten the rest of my life.
So, what is the point of this post you ask? I want to know what everyone’s favorite breakfast meat is: Bacon, Ham, Sausage (links or patties), spam, or is it something else?

I've often told my wife (you can verify this with her), that the BLT is God's perfect sandwich.
For breakfast food, put me down for Bacon too, but hard fried eggs run a close second.
I love going to Golden Corral for their breakfast buffet...all the bacon you can eat! Guess that's my "Adkins Diet" mentality showing thru there...

Ham is the breakfast meat of choice. Sugar cured with Uncle Hershals breakfast at Cracker Barrel. Nothing better to go with grits than ham.
Tim -- I have to go with sausage --especially sausage gravy and biscuits.
Hey! Now that's a great breakfast! FRENCH TOAST!! As a matter of fact, it doesn't have to be for breakfast. I'll eat it any time day or night. Great stuff!
