I Still Love Bacon

As a general rule I don't usually speak of bacon this often. I fear that bringing up pork products in daily conversation on a regular basis makes people think your crazy. That being said, I want to know what your favorite pizza topping is. Mine, as you may have already guessed involves bacon. Several years ago, I was introduced to pepperoni and bacon pizzas (thank you Aaron, it has changed my life), they are now my favorite toppings. I also order my pizza extra crisp, no not Ester Crisp*, extra crisp browned cheese and crispy crust, It is delicious.
I ask that each of you reading this post leave a comment listing your favorite pizza toppings, that is all that is required but remember anecdotal and amusing stories are always appreciated.

* In Southern Ohio the word extra is often pronounced exter and therefore could easily be confused with the name Ester. At the church where I attend A woman named Ester is married to a man named Gene and their last name is Crisp, Ester Crisp.

How ingenious...combining TWO favorite foods into one. Pizza and Bacon! Sort of like peanut butter and chocolate...good on their own, but when combined they're that much better!

You know that I love bacon and pepperoni. Lately I have been adding mushrooms to make a trio on my pizza. I have gotten so predictable that at Cardo's in Jackson, when they see me coming in for the buffet, they will put a pizza with pepperoni, bacon and mushrooms.

I always think of you and your family when ordering anything extra crispy. Sometimes I will see Esther in church and get hungry for pizza.

I didn't realize that you were so famous. "batta, batta, batta, batta, Saawing batter!"

Thanks Aaron I can always count on you to catch an obscure movie reference.

Pepperoni and pineapple on crispy crust--It's the bomb.

And Ester is Esther.

Thanks for the link Al, I showed to everyone at work and it was even a topic of discussion at our weekly supervisors meeting.
